On June 3 and 4, 2026, the Public Organization «Human Rights Center», together with the International Partnership for Human Rights, will organize training on monitoring and application of modern standards for members of the informal civil society network. This event is being held with the financial support of the European Union as part of the project «Supporting Civil Society Actions to Promote the Rule of Law for All in Tajikistan».

The training will bring together 40 representatives of civil society organizations from all regions of Tajikistan, including various specialists such as lawyers, human rights defenders, and independent experts. Special attention is given to the participation of women, youth, and representatives of vulnerable groups.

During the training, participants will be introduced to international standards in the field of human rights and criminal justice, an adapted monitoring methodology, data collection and analysis tools, as well as practical approaches to preparing analytical findings and reports. The training will be conducted by national and international experts with experience in implementing similar initiatives in Central Asian countries.

This event will mark an important milestone in strengthening the role of civil society in advancing justice system reforms and embedding human rights-based monitoring practices in Tajikistan.
